Can't believe I'm already at week 3! Tonight's 20E was supaE and tomorrow is R. Legs are still a little sore from Saturday's long run but not so bad!! Tried running in a different pair of sneakers tonight that have more cushion and they felt SO HEAVY compared to my Nike Frees. Planning on going to a running store to get fitted before I get much farther into my training. WEEK 3 YUS.
