And they come tomorrow. Thank GAH. I feel so bad for my poor feet and knees. Hopefully a more stable heel and a tighter fit will solve all my problems. Ha! Tonight is 5M and maybe I should be taking an additional R day but we'll just see how I feel. It's pretty yuck outside so it looks like I will be forced indoors for this one. Going to attempt the workout below followed by weights if my knees can stand it:

1 min @ 5.0
1 min @ 5.5
1 min @ 6.0
1 min @ 6.5
1 min @ 7.0
1 min @ 7.5
1 min @ 8.0
2 min @ 4.5

Repeat 5x or until I reach 5M

Looking forward to this workout because I feel like I will be doing some serious sweating and won't get as bored. Have not sprinted yet in this training! Ah!
