Was SO anxious at work yesterday I actually LEFT EARLY to go for a run with a few hours of daylight left. Unfortunately, with that anxiety comes frazzle and I managed to get one TWO wrong trains before walking 2 miles home. By the time I reached home it was already dark. supaFAIL. Would be funny if the race wasn't in a month! So, I hopped on the treadmill and banged out 4M at 9 pace and did my usual upper body workout. Just going to pretend like this weekend never happened and continue on with my 12M this weekend. Hopefully the weather isn't a major JERK this time.
