PROMISE I have not been slacking! I just haven't been updating supaRUN as often as I should :) This weekend was a great long weekend with a 4M night run, 6M and a 9M. I did the 9M at a 9 pace so it looks like I might survive after all. Originally I was supposed to run 12M this weekend however, with the pace/distance discrepancy I felt like I should really concentrate on getting my time back (and I also ran out of daylight). I'm going to alter my schedule a little to accommodate this change -- trying to remain confident! And trying to make time for a life outside of training. This is supa crunch time!!!
